Patriot, checked Google Map, on 2nd Ave and commerce, not seeing AT&T , do see stores and restaurants. Leaving us with more questions then answers.

The offices are a couple blocks away. This building is the old Bell South building that no longer houses office space it is basically a hub for all the hard wire for AT&T.
