Sounds like a whole row block of a clown shop like the mob were set up in New York City in Harlem and the block on the Lower East Side the Hell's Angels all live on, I believe this Second Street Nashville block was a clown shop. I just don't know who was pulling the switch because it was known in advance as there were only three injuries so people were warned before the final call that you hear in the video. That's my take so far.
