I was simply saying that the bomb went off at the 100 block of 2nd Avenue. There are 2 condo buildings in addition to the small businesses and restaurants that are also on that block.

Patriot a few months back I found a article where Gov Lee felt the Mayor did not use enough of the money given the mayor to help small businesses. and I wonder if this may have a connection.
