It seems 18 services/companies are down at the moment, from AT+T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Consumer Cellular and many others are all down at the same time. Similar as to what I saw around 10 days ago with 28 offline or having problems?

They were probably targeting NSA comm equipment. Comms out for 180 miles.
