Honestly, it looks like a really bad plastic surgery job. That alone would lift the eyebrows and lose the earlobes. I have looked at several pics of Biden, before and now. What I was focusing on was the dental work. That appears the same to me. Reproducing dental anatomy to match someone who had lots of work, like Biden, is difficult. I know the pics look suspicious, but I am not convinced.
