Definitely seems to be a lot going on behind the scenes. My gut is that a lot of the citizen reports of fraud, the lower court cases, and maybe even the SCOTUS case were a distraction from what will most likely be a much larger case, possibly sheltered within the insurrection act.
Exactly Patriot, Washington used Durham boats to cross the Delaware, suspect the two Durham's will now make their presence known.
I think the real trial will be in the court of public opinion. If this is real, Trump will probably use the Emergency Broadcast System or some other means to get his message to everyone. Maybe a nation wide text link to a privately hosted video or server that reveals everything.
I don't think he can use SCOTUS or any other civilian court as they are all compromised.
