The section 12 request is for a copy of the Elector(s) votes. If you would read sec. 9 10 and 11 you would find that the Electors were to make 6 copies, make a list of how the other Electors voted, seal the and transmit them to 4 places, 2 of those getting 2 copies. If the copy sent to Pence did not arrive he would request a copy from the other people that got them. This info was Bullshit from the start. Everywhere I saw it I tried to point out it was bullshit. This was nothing but a clickbait misinformation campaign.

Sadly it is misinfo. There is still a chance for Electoral vote to be changed but the odds are slim. Not only would we need a few dems in the house to agree to overturn votes but we would also need every republican in the Senate. If dems win GA runoffs it is over anyway.
