Georgia & Pennsylvania Electoral votes must be objected to and replaced with Trump Slates. Then either Arizona, Wisconsin or Nevada do the trick. If Biden has 306 GA and PA switch make it 270 to 268. Just 1 more State would do it. Michigan only sent 1 slate of Electors due to a worthless Republican controlled legislature therefore the dem elector votes will count from Michigan as cast. The only States that can possibly be turned to Trump are those that sent in 2 slates. See 3 USC ch. 1 sec. 15 & 16 for proof.
