Electors votes have been sent in already. The only option now is for Congress to reject 1 slate of Electors' votes and approve a different set. This can only happen for States that sent in 2 slates. Ie: Michigan sent in 1 set only. There is no rejecting them by Congress in the counting process. 2 out of 3 possibilities are not good for Trump during the count assuming objections are raised: 1 both houses by full role call votes reject objection- original vote stands. 2. 1 house approves objection other rejects- original votes stand. 3. Both houses agree to objection- replacement votes get counted.
