I don't know if this is going to work either.

There are 9 Judges. We only needed 5 to DO the Right thing. That 5 does NOT include Roberts. So what's the point? They could have over-ruled Roberts and done the right thing. But they refused to. Of the 5 some of them are a problem too.

1) Clarence Thomas

2) Samuel A. Alito

3) Neil M. Gorsuch

4) Brett M. Kavanaugh

5) Amy Coney Barrett
