How is the Lockdown different from Martial Law?
Fair question:
With the lockdown we have had our civil rights suspended.
We have been effectively under house arrest or other restrictions and we have lost our ability in some states and cities to travel freely.
There have been fines and arrests of peaceful protestors such as small business owners running their businesses in defiance of lockdown orders.
There have been officials overstepping their constitutionally granted powers based on their personal schemes.
Valid elections have been suspended.
Major media outlets have been controlled and smaller rebel media have been de-platformed, de-monetized and censored.
People talk like having martial law is a big step, but it looks to me like perhaps we are already there. So I ask an honest question to the experts:
How is what we have been living through any different from martial law?

Only one is legal?
In martial law you actually get arrested by the military for violating the law, instead of the police.
No military involvement with law enforcement or curfews.
Under a proper Martial Law Plan, if you violate laws/rules, you fall under the jurisdiction of Military Law.
Its a trial run for the real thing. They just wanted to see how far they could push before you'd push back. And they didn't think it'd be this easy.
This is worse than the martial law. Everyone is imposing their own arbitrary rules on each other.
There's no clear cut rules to follow because of an actual catastrophe that might end the existence of life as we speak.
The only disaster we have now are overblown fear of virus, fear of losing jobs, fear of being socially outcast, and fear of uncertainty.
The only thing we need to fear is the fear itself.
Oh, forgot to mention, the decimation to small businesses all across this country. Many will be unable to restart again, ever.

2 Martical Law / Partial Martial Law are done with permission of We The People. ( look at all the disasters and partial martial law in the past)
3 Lockdowns are without your permission . you have been "jailed " so to speak.
As lockdowns go these aren't enforced very well.
