Major Update: SCOTUS Docket Forces States to Respond - Jordan Sekulow on Newsmax (6min Video)

My notes:
Since this is a case between 2 or more states, it has to go directly to the Supreme Court first. As such, the Supreme Court can NOT bounce the case back to an Appellate Court, they must DECIDE.
The Swing States were violating their own State Constitutional Laws. Only the Legislators can enact laws, not judges. Since the Legislators in Swing States did NOT enact any laws requiring massive mail in ballots, the use of them makes their Election Illegitimate.
Dec 14th is no longer important, Jan 6 is.
If SCOTUS agrees with Texas Case, then each State's Legislators would be legally required to choose their Electors. That is fine in the states that went red. 5 out of 6 Swing States have a GOP Majority controlling their state legislators. 27 GOP States vs 23 Blue States.
ALERT: 17 States A.G.'s join Texas Lawsuit.
