Interesting discussion:
Giuliani lost bigtime...dismissed with prejudice.
The election fraud case in District Court in the Middle District of PA was dismissed with prejudice, meaning it can't be refiled or amended. I hate to say this, but I agree with the decision. I listened to every word of the oral arguments and Rudy's presentation was indeed embarrassing. He rambled and told stories of fraud that weren't related to the actual complaint. The opposing attorneys were professionally citing case law and made a compelling case for dismissal. After listening for hours, I had little doubt that the case would be dismissed. The judge was quite even-handed and gave Rudy every opportunity to present reasons for denial of the motion to dismiss, but Rudy just rambled on.
Everything is going to depend on the fraud case being prepared by Sydney Powell that will be filed next week on Wednesday or Friday. This is the case that will present the evidence of the ballot manipulation with the computer software.
They don't even need these cases and the outcomes don't matter. They're just delaying the grand finale. Rudy isn't stupid. If he rambled it's because he wasn't trying to win and he wants the left to think Trump has a weak case so that they are emboldened. As long as they think Trump is weak they won't trigger riots, mayhem and violence. The hammer will fall when Trump is ready.
My thoughts as well.
bingo
The lawyers are running hit & run ops trying to slow things until the report demanded in the Executive Order come out and provided to other elements in government, including military ... hence Trump's rash of changes in key positions.
That's the only thing that makes any sense...Rudy fully expected to lose to project weakness.
Sacrifice a knight to position the queen.
Doesn't losing this case get it moved to the SCOTUS faster than trying to battle it out it state court?
Trump also tweeted words to the effect that he was pleased this case will be going to the SC quickly.
I can't imagine Rudy isn't just part of the dog and pony distractions.
Likely so. Rudy sounded just like he does in his vids. He does a better job of selling cigars. He's no fool, so the only explanation is that he was just keeping the issue alive while the more important case is prepared.
An appeals court grants review automatically. It’s the Supreme Court than can refuse to review it if they don’t want to.
This is the BEST Explanation in my opinion:
he's doing this on purpose.
Of course he is. Please don't misinterpret my position here. I posted the result of the case because nobody else noticed it. My gut reaction, and indeed the intended result, was a disappointment with Rudy; but upon further consideration the strategy becomes clear. Styx further clarifies the strategy
in one of his vids today. It explains Rudy's emphasis on constitutional issues even if his presentation seemed 'off'.
