Breaking: Republicans Cave in Wayne County, Michigan, Vote to Certify Election Results
OK, for all those down in the dumps today about the fact that the Count was "certified" in Wayne County, Detroit, Mich, in spite of the FACT that there were more votes than people who live in Wayne County (Detroit), I have some very good news for you. Cheer up!
FIRST OF ALL:
The people who "certified" the vote in Wayne County Mich, did it UNDER DURESS!
They were threatened with arrest, they were also threatened with bodily harm to themselves and their families.
I would say that is the text book definition of "Duress"!
So, their "certification" is null and void, in the eyes of the law.
SECOND OF ALL:
This election is so fraught, with so many kinds of election/voter FRAUD, it will be contested, and is being contested in COURTS in: Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada and EVEN California! (CA is as crooked as a dogs hind leg!)
So, because Trump Team have an OVERWHELMING amount of HARD EVIDENCE of RAMPANT Election and Voter FRAUD, and the FRAUD was ALL one sided.....for Biden, against Trump, the right thing for the courts to do, is just declare Trump the winner (the side that did NOT commit any fraud).
When one side of a competition gets caught cheating, you don't go back and retally the score, the game stops and cheaters forfeit.

This squabbling over 500 votes here and there is meaningless. Once the entire picture is clear there will be no doubt that this was a coup attempt and an attack on our democracy, which is Treason. The penalty for Treason is Execution!

Here is the process:
Cases are heard in the lower courts, and no matter the judges decision, the case will be appealed. If Trump wins in the lower courts, Biden's side will appeal to a higher court. If Trump loses in the lower courts, Trump's side will appeal to a higher court.
Finally these cases will make it to the regional Court of Appeals. Now here's the good news, even IF all the earlier judges were as crooked as a dog's hind leg, the Court of Appeals is NOT, because very quietly over the past 4 years, Trump has been replacing crooked Judges with Conservative Constitution upholding Judges on ALL Courts of Appeal all across this nation! Even the dreaded 9th circuit Court of Appeals in CA NOW has a MAJORITY of Conservative Constitution Upholding JUDGES on the BENCH!
Trump is also Contesting the CA vote 55 Electoral Votes. Trump already has Hard Evidence from the rigged software used in all these contested states. So it will be a slam dunk at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in California.
I'm not exactly sure if Trump has a MAJORITY of Constitution Upholding Judges on the other relevant Courts of Appeal for other jurisdictions. But if Trump has been able to get a MAJORITY Conservative Judges on all these benches, THESE CASES COULD VERY WELL END RIGHT THERE!
The Supreme Court doesn't always ACCEPT every case submitted to it for final Appeal.

The Court can also hear just about any kind of state-court case, as long as it involves federal law, including the Constitution. And any case can involve federal law. The Supreme Court gets to choose the appellate cases it will consider—it grants certiorari (or “cert”) when it agrees to decide a case. But even if the cases DO end up with the Supreme Court, you KNOW we now have a MAJORITY of Conservative Constitution Upholding Justices on the bench. They are NOT going to let rampant obvious FRAUD stand! They will decide in favor of Trump! Its the only right thing to do.
So how long does all this take?
Because this election could result in a Constitutional "Crisis", ALL Judges will be required to Expedite the hearing of each case, at each level, and to expedite their decisions as well.
What I am hearing, is that this will obviously, NOT finished by Thanksgiving, and it may not be finished by the first week of Dec. The Electoral College is supposed to meet on Dec 14 to vote. A lot can happen between then and now.....and it is ALL good.
So don't lose heart at all, if counts get shut down (and fraudulently "certified"), it just means more people are going to PRISON. And don't lose heart if these cases are not decided in Trump's favor at the lower levels. The ONLY 2 levels we care about, are the last ones. If the Supreme Court refuses to hear the cases, because the cases are obvious, and no "grey areas", then the Decision of the Court of Appeals will be the final Level of Appeal.
I believe Rudy Giuliani just argued the PA case at the PA Supreme Court Level, so the next level after that will be the Court of Appeals for the PA jurisdiction. That's how close we are to the finish line for PA.
So relax, but keep PRAYING. Cover this whole mess with Prayer, around the Clock. Pray for Favor with the Judges. Pray for God's wisdom for the Trump Team Legal Teams. And yes, Pray for everyone's protection, because we are definitely dealing with demon possessed THUGS the whole way here. So pray for Protection over Trump's Legal Team, All witnesses, even The Judges! Think of it like we are taking down THE MAFIA.
Also remember what the FINISH line is: All of these people are going to Prison for TREASON! This much Election Fraud organized by the Leaders of the Demoncrap Party, they will be using the RICO LAWS to take them ALL down!
It might play out like this: The Supreme Court makes their decision in favor of Trump, and the next day, these creeps all get ARRESTED!
So the finish line is 4 more years of Trump who Clearly WON in a Coast to Coast landslide Victory!
AND rounding up these satantic psychopathic creeps and putting them all in prison!
