They are allowing manipulation, in real time, by coding it, this way. The lack of security is so that a single entity can monitor and anonymously change votes based on a wider data set. So, while the machine, itself, has no knowledge of other votes in other counties, an outside AI can be running teh numbers and manually updating in real time.

The problem was Trump won by too much.

Also, the leaks reveal they have been doing this a while and not just in America and its not just Dominion.

Trump lost .6% of his vote while biden gained .6% when 54 votes were cast.. which is impossible since 54/2984522 = 0.0018%.
Also Instead of keeping a tally/total votes for each candidate they kept a float/decimal value which means they don't know what they are doing.

Basically it looks like the system is setup to value votes added towards the end as 50 votes changes a whole percentage when it should change less then thousandth of a percent. So if they submit the votes of their favorite candidate towards the end they can move everything towards whomever easily.

You could extrapolate what would happen if they kept adding votes for biden 54 at a time. 12x54 = 648 votes and if all of them were for biden that would shift it 7.2% for biden and -7.2% for trump.

7.2% of 2,900,000 = 214,885.584 votes

So they got the math wrong also or it's a "feature".
