For those who didn’t quite get it:

The Tweets are describing a scenario where a capital “i” was being used in place of a lowercase “L” for Trump’s party affiliation in the system.

So, while everybody else on the GOP state ticket is a “Republican,” Trump would be a “Repubiican.” In that case, for anyone voting “straight ticket” Republican like a lot of voters do, all of their candidates would be chosen EXCEPT Trump, who’s listed as a “Repubiican.”

On October 2, Trump sent out a tweet when asked how he’s doing, saying he was doing “weli.” The implication being that since autocorrect wouldn’t allow that to happen, and it would be a low probability of such occurring organically, Trump was signaling he already knew what was up.

Let’s put it this way, if there’s a way to prove this was intentional and that he knew about the issue, then he’s much smarter than he’s been given credit for. I admit, though, it’s a bizarre coincidence, if not.
