"Sharpie" type felt tipped pens can't be used because they "bleed" ink through the paper and contaminate surrounding ballots with unintended marks. SOOOOoooo ALL Ballots marked using a "Sharpie" pen, are automatically DISQUALIFIED........even though that was ALL that was available to Voters at their polling stations. In fact there is a video where a Polling Manager yelled at the polling employees for handing out ballpoint pens. They were instructed to ONLY hand out "Sharpie" type pens.

ALSO, the ink in Sharpies is a lot heavier and less transparent then the ink in a regular ballpoint pen. A regular ballpoint pen is a lot more transparent and a lot lighter, so it makes it a little bit easier for a machine to read and if you're using a marker or Sharpie that machine's NOT going to be able to read ANY of your votes AT ALL!!!

This is being Done Deliberately!!! No one mentioned to the Voters that their ballots would ALL be Disqualified because they used a "Sharpie" pen, even though "Sharpie" pens were all that were available to them at the polling booths. This was done in GOP majority areas.

TO BE CLEAR: They ONLY use "Sharpie" felt tip type Pens, in voting Precincts that they already KNOW are MOSTLY GOP "REGISTERED" Voters, to ENSURE that NONE of the GOP Votes get counted by the machines!!!

In voting precincts that they KNOW are mostly Demoncrap Registered Voters, they DO NOT "LET" ANYone use a "Sharpie" type felt tip pen! They make SURE they use ONLY ballpoint pens, to ENSURE that their Demoncrap Votes DO get counted.

Then they take the REJECTED GOP Ballot and re-do it on a fresh ballot so that it votes straight Demoncrap, this time using regular ball point pens, and then the Machine will read it. This is how they not only disqualify GOP Votes, but they are able to illegally FLIP a GOP vote to a Demoncrap vote. THIS IS GOP VOTER SUPPRESSION & FLIPPING!!!

USED IN PENNSYLVANIA TOO:

I poll watched all day in PA in an area where we use the scan-in ballots. There were baskets of felt type pens, which were given to everyone to use. They always bleed through a bit, but we've always been told that it's not a problem. The tally of voters in the registration book matched the tally on the voting machine recording paper. I questioned pen, but I didn't know to do anything about it. Darn, I Wish I had used my ink pen, which was a Ball point Gel pen.

Plus I surrendered my mail-in ballot to the poll volunteer, And now I will not know where my ballot is.

Just examined my Absentee Ballot Instructions. It only says to "Use a black or blue pen." period, that's all. No warning NOT to use a felt tip type pen, or a gel pen!!! But not so, I just saw a video of someone cleaning out A LOT OF BALLOTS from an OFFICIAL Ballot Drop Box, in Westminster, Orange County....get this....on the DAY AFTER the ELECTION......they DAY AFTER CA Declared everything went Blue throughout the entire state, 15 minutes after the polls Closed!!!

Also saw another video regarding an INVESTIGATION into FRAUDULENT Ballot Drop Boxes. Once people dropped off their ballots, the ballots were torn up! This is also Orange County too, Huntington Beach. "Fake Poll Workers" were wearing a T-Shirt showing support for a GOP Congressional Candidate for the 48th District....which is still a close race. Orange County got flipped to BLUE in 2018, through obvious FRAUDS like this.

Exactly I believe that now seeing what I am seeing in PA. They gave us sharpie pens at the polls. We didn't notice until we saw stuff online and the Ballot clearly Said INK no gel or flair pens. All of our votes didn't count or did they just give the Rep gel and Dems ink?

Sharpie felt tip type pens were ONLY used in voting precincts that they already KNEW were heavily GOP Registered Voters.

In areas they already KNOW are Majority Lifetime Demoncrap Voters, there won't be a "sharpie" any where on the premises, and they WON'T let any voter use a shapie.

But in areas of Majority Lifelong GOP Voters, they INSIST that they use a "Sharpie" felt tip type pen, to ENSURE that GOP votes do NOT get read by the machines!

This is how they turned Counties, and States BLUE!!! Think NV, CA, CO, NM, AZ, MI, WI, PA..... Blue!!!

They just target areas that they KNOW are GOP areas!.....then they flip the whole state BLUE that way!

Now in California they have another TOOL they use, they KNOW all the RURAL areas of CA are Lifelong GOP Voters....so they just target them to be BURNED OUT! They use DEW (Direct Energy Weapons) to BURN out entire towns, neighborhoods and villages.....and counties! After that, NO MORE GOP Voters in those counties!!! Most areas they have targeted with FIRES, have NEVER been re-built! They come in and re-zone the area so that GOP Voters can NOT re-build their homes there!
