Voting with a sharpie (magic marker type pen) is ILLEGAL, because the ink can bleed through and impact other ballots in the same pile. So only supposed to use ball point pens. HOWEVER, Polling Locations in heavy GOP areas, were all HANDING OUT sharpie pens, and REFUSING to give voters ball point pens! Manager comes out and scolds any poll workers handing out ball point pens.
