Not correct. The Demoncraps print out all the watermarked genuine ballots they want, as needed to commit fraud. Then these WaterMarked Ballots are used to change the vote of the real voter. No need to use a xerox machine. This is why Q is pointing out "who safeguards 'blank ballots'?....etc. The Demoncraps in Demoncrap cities/counties/states CONTROL these.

This is why they STOPPED "counting" last night, so they could REPLACE the genuine ballots with fraudulent Biden ballots, using watermarked paper. And this is why they moved all the "Official Poll Watchers" 50 yards away, or in some cases were just sent home, while they feverishly made up their fraudulent ballots for Biden. THAT WAS THE STEAL.

I think the only "hope" here is if Trump Team installed video surveillance in this "counting rooms". If so, then all of these people will be TOAST! RICO Laws apply!
