TL;DR : Not a "Social Construct". RACE IS VISIBLE ON A FACE and in Y DNA and in Egg Cell DNA. Though all true existing humans (except west africans) are "Homo Sapiens sapiens") [note the extra sapiens] and have some Neanderthal IQ genes.
