He is supposedly reading from the following document, but I have searched the 54 pages of this document and I can not find in there what he is reading. This document goes through 4 hypothetical scenarios, of pushing the world into Globalism. But what this Ghana President is reading is much specific to 2020:

So, I wrote down what he said, leaving "....." where ever I simply could not make out what he was trying to say.

He has a terribly strong accent, and consequently it is difficult to understand what he is saying, so I took the time to write down what I think he was saying, by backing up and replaying over and over again sections of this video. I think I got the main points. I suggest that you play this 15 minute video, as you read my notes. Here they are:

PHASE 1:

Create a weaponized version of CV with a much higher mortality rate as a back up plan ready to be released in phase 3.

Novel Vaccine Action Plan 2020. Create and fund the vaccination …..protocols. …with a digital I.D. to enforce the vaccination program enacted. Gates …..2020.

Similar to “Lockstep” plan sustain release with a real world exercise to find out what to determine the expected response time lines and outcomes. Gates Event 201 using a Wuhan wet market for coronavirus release.

  • Downplay human to human transmission for as long as possible to allow the virus to spread on a global scale before any country can lock down or respond.

  • Once a country has been seeded with the virus, then lock down international travel, but allow domestic travel to allow the virus to continue to spread within the country. (lock the barn after the horse has bolted.)

  • Once enough people in a country or region are infected then very slowly expand lock down regions slowly over time.

  • Attribute all deaths regardless of cause to coronoavirus to keep FEAR at a MAXIMUM. If anyone dies for any reason, state that they have “covid” death.,…thus inflating the number of covid deaths and maximizing fear.

This whole agenda was driven by Bill Gates and Fauci and the Rockefellar Foundation in America. They were confident that they would have over 200,000 deaths in the USA.

  • Keep the public quarantined for as long as possible to destroy the regions economy.

  • Begin civil unrest.

  • Breakdown the supply chain and cause mass food shortages.

  • The lack of interaction with other people will further weaken everyone’s immune system. (He says that is why we should go out!)

  • Continue the lock downs over and over again at intervals causing more people to protest or defy the the lockdowns.

Eventually End phase 1 of quarantine will end when they get enough push back, around June 2020. Then publicly state it is too early to end isolation…., but let things go back to normal and continue to over – hype the virus strain and continue to attribute all deaths (due to other causes) as covid deaths. Meanwhile, everyone’s immune system is impaired from months of being in isolation. Keep padding the mortality rates.

PHASE 2:

Phase 2: Officially restore quarantines in October and November 2020 …..and those who do not trust the government already. Set the stage for a larger set of mortalities (deaths) and say “I told you so, it was too early to go back to normal. Its all your fault because your hair cut and freedom have consequences.

  • deem all travel as nonessential.

  • Increase check points, including military assistance, increase tracking of the population.

PHASE 3:

Phase 3 a): After a rather long phase 2 lockdown, 6 months or more, roll out the vaccination program and make it MANDATORY FOR EVERYONE. Vaccine certifications for everyone, giving priority to those who obediently submitted to gov’t from the start. And ATTACK those who are against vaccines saying that they are the cause of all sickness. Say that we can not go back to normal until everyone has taken the vaccine. Those who won’t take the vaccine will be defined as THE ENEMY. Those taking the vaccine and going along with the AGENDA let them enter the new system. Deprive anyone who does not go along, with the ability to WORK and TRAVEL. The Majority of the people who go along with the agenda…….get a work permit.

Phase 3 b): Then unleash another weaponized virus with a higher mortality rate, as a final SCARE. …..minority ……majority……we told you so…..but that you didn’t listen. ….new normal…..060606 currency system which is based upon human behavior and willingness to submit.

My Comments: There is no question that what is outlined above WAS "The Plan", but since we are now in October 2020, and no lock downs to date, I think We The People have WON this fight. Their COVER WAS BLOWN big time! Too many lawsuits going on now, and these creeps are cited for their Crimes Against Humanity. Criminal Charges are being brought again the W.H.O., so that is why last week they suddenly did an "about face", and now discourages lock downs and mask wearing. Something changed their tune. I think it was exposure and facing criminal charges.

Trump is "appearing" to go along with this idiotic scheme, including stating that the military will be used to distribute the vaccines. But on multiple occasions, Trump has emphasized that these vaccines will NOT be mandatory. Furthermore, work on these toxic vaccines has halted because human guinea pigs are suffering too many ill side effects, so testing has stopped completed for now. I "believe" the vaccines are used as a cover story for Trump to get the military into place to quell the expected post election riots in major cities.

I still continue to come across fear mongering articles about CV19 (which has a 99% survival rate), I don't even bother reading them. I feel sorry for countries that are in lock step agreement with this Evil Globalist Agenda.....the UK, Australia and other EU countries. But it won't happen here in the USA, and EVENTUALLY that should cause an uprising in these Globalist Countries to FREE their people from this evil plot too.
