There is also a new video message from Trump. Background looks the same as last night, but THIS TIME NO MOVEMENT. I guess they fixed the movement problem. Also there is a good sized window in the background. (So can't be a sub, as some have suggested.)
A couple possibilities:
1) Trump is using a Greenscreen?
2) They fixed the gimbal movement problem?
3) Trump's cover was blown with his video from last night (Oct 3) so he had to be rushed back to the Hospital for "appearances".
4) Trump really IS at Walter Reed Hospital but the Presidential Suite got a huge make over, since Trump became President. (Given the satanic creep that was there before Trump, I would BET there was some remodeling that went on, like they did to the White House: Stripped right down to the studs, found some interesting listening devices, and devices that make you sick, etc. Removed all those, and rebuilt. Probably had an exorcism completed as well.)
Trump sure does keep us guessing! :)

UPDATE: Someone did a video on this, putting post-it notes on their TV screen.
The post-it notes remain in place, of course, but you can see there is a very rhythmic up and down movement, and even an occasional sideways movement, which is totally consistent with being out on the ocean. If you have ever been out on the ocean, with the ocean swells, you know what I mean. Lakes are not quite the same.
