UPDATE: Someone did a video analysis of Trump's 10/3/2020 Video, putting post-it notes on their TV screen.

The post-it notes remain in place, of course, but you can see there is a very rhythmic up and down movement, and even an occasional sideways movement, which is totally consistent with being out on the ocean. If you have ever been out on the ocean, with the ocean swells, you know what I mean. Lakes are not quite the same.
