First Of All
I was originally very surprised to hear that Trump had come down with CV19, because:
1) He has been taking HydroxyChloroQuine (HCQ) as preventative medicine for months. Africa did not have a big outbreak of CV19 because people take HCQ on a regularly scheduled basis to prevent malaria. So why would Trump now come down with CV19???
2) People noticed several photos of POTUS mid-summer out golfing where he had an obviously bruised right hand with a bandage over the bruise. It looked like Trump was getting something intravenously. Medical Professionals speculated that Trump was probably getting blood from people who have survived CV19, and now have the antibodies. (I can't recall the technical name for this procedure.) One photo showed him with Sean Hannity, who also had a bandage on top of his hand. Maybe Sean was the donor?

So it begs the question, that IF Trump has been taking all these preventative measures, then how could he possibly be sick with CV19 now, and so sick he is skipping meetings, rallies, and now flown to a Hospital? THAT makes me wonder, if this is a cover story going out.
ANOTHER HOLE IN THE CV19 "COVER STORY": And how could "Hicks" (Trump's Aid) have gotten near Trump, IF staff are tested EVERYDAY, which is the medical protocol put into place since last spring, when Trump's Secret Service staff started getting sick? The incubation period is a bit more than a few hours.
Ok, here's another possibility.... with regard to what is really going on

Recall that Biden refused to have anyone check his ears? Why not, if he had NOTHING to hide?
Biden's receiving antenna up his sleeve and wires across his chest were the big give away.
Ok, so BIDEN is Blown, and he knows he CAN NOT do another debate because he suspects Trump Team will have a JAMMING device at the next Debate, and he will look like a bumbling buffoon when all of his electronics get jammed on LIVE TV!

Plus, announcing he has a bad case of CV19, means he not only gets to skip the rest of the Debates, but he will also garner much sympathy, and may get sympathy VOTES from the stunt.
Now, recall that Trump has THE BEST Intelligence Information on this Planet. So IF Biden's handlers were now telling him to fake CV19 (so he won't be left embarrassed at the next debate looking like a complete and total imbecile when his electronics get jammed on stage), Trump would likely know about this plan.
Although Biden did not cough at all on Tuesday night, Wed at train stops, he was suddenly coughing A LOT, noticeably, kind of like Hildabitch in 2016. Biden is leading up to his imminent ANNOUNCEMENT of having CV19.

When you watch it, it reminds you of the kid who is pretending to be sick to get out of going to school. Some of those coughs are just so seemingly fake and forced. We've never seen him cough so much in one day, when a day before he was just fine and 2 days later he is once again fine. There is no doubt in my mind that he was planning on claiming to have covid.
But Trump decides to beat Biden to the Punch, and announced at MIDNIGHT, Thursday night, that that HE has tested Positive for CV19!
Now all the world is sympathetic to Trump, and not to Biden!
Worse than that, Biden team now says Biden tested negative for CV19.
Interesting possibilities.

No one can SMEAR him, while he is sick and/or recovering!
Its considered to be in VERY Bad Taste.
Voters will Downgrade their opinion of Biden, if he dares try to SMEAR Trump now.

Biden also told Trump, the President of the United States, to "Shut Up", in spite of the fact that Biden 1) the first to start heckling while POTUS was speaking, and 2) Biden interrupted POTUS far more times than the other way around.
Actually I think this point is better than the "world sympathy" vote.
This is an unspoken defensive Weapon, yet none may dare to say or even infer it now.

Secondly, they wanted to get out of the debates.
Now that Trump has it, their plans are shot. If they try to show a pale and sickly Biden who can't debate, while at the same time Trump gets over it with little more than a mild fever and some vitamin c, then covid doesn't look scary, Biden just looks weak.
Now that Trump has called their bluff, really, I'm fairly certain Biden will NOT get covid because if he does, no matter what, he'll just make Trump look strong and himself look weak.

He's the figurehead of social distancing.
If Trump and Biden both catch it, then what's the point of Biden social distancing and wearing masks???
It undermines the entire COVID19 lockdown, masks & social distancing!
Add in Biden and Trump would have treatments scrutinized for effectiveness.
So Biden couldn't just take Zinc and HQC, while Trump parades that it is exactly what he is taking, and gets over it FAST.
AND NOW you have the President's doctor reminding everyone that CV19 is a nothingburger!

Then the most visible man on earth will have demonstrated that even overworked overweight old men in high stress jobs easily brush off this fake disease.
