Not just in Southern CA, but all across this nation:

Yesterday was the best 4th of July fireworks in years. Usually the town sets some off for 15 minutes or so and that's it. This year there were at least 6 people with setups better than the towns. It went on for 2 hours.

I don't know what it's like where you live, but in my town, there has been a CONSTANT rumble of fireworks now for 2 hours. This is easily 100x a normal Independence Day.

Shit tons of fireworks where I am at.

I chalk it up to communal fireworks being cancelled and people saying "Fuck it. We'll do our own."

Yes and people beeing bored more than normal plus having the need for something positive.

Cops highly visible and talking with each other while people 20 feet away were lighting them off. Fireworks are illegal in my state, electronic freeway signs showing arrest & fines if caught. Not enforced, completely ignored.

there was supposedly a militant action planned for today under fireworks cover. guess it didn't happen. I lived in CA for most of my life in the states and never saw what I saw tonight. had food with friends, fireworks, mortars, no niggers or spics in this town. just good people celebrating. after 11pm? maybe let it cool off. it's the weekend and people are blowing off steam from a tough week.

These are Americans mostly that are sick of the shit. This is their protest. My neighbors, all white, were lighting fireworks back to back for hours. It was great!

Lol, I live in a small town in Oklahoma and it's 1 in the morning. I still hear big ones popping off. From about 7-11 it sounded like a damn warzone.

More likely, the past month of anti-western insanity has made people more aware of who they are and what the west represents, which in the US appears to have resulted in x100 the usual amount of fireworks.

(and the Wuflu quarantine prob had an effect as well)

We had constant fireworks from dusk till nearly 1am. It was glorious. I'm pretty sure it was all patriots expressing frustration with the past 5 months of bull shit.
