Jillian and Eric Wuestenberg were accosted by two violent and aggressive black females as they were trying to leave a Chipotle in Oakland County Michigan. The black females claimed Jillian had bumped into one of them and began threatening to "beat her white ass" for the perceived offense. Jillian apologized and tried to defuse the situation.

The Wuestenberg's just wanted to get in their car and leave, but the blacks wouldn't let them. The blacks began beating on the Wuestenberg's car and blocking them in. In response to this, Jillian exited her car and drew a weapon on the blacks, ordering them to back up so they could exit the parking space.

Both Jillian and Eric have been arrested for this, while the black females face no charges.

I sent an email to the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office voicing my displeasure at their arrest. I also wrote the Sheriff, who responded by saying the decision to arrest was entirely the prosecutor's. If you don't, you know the Dems will.

As you are aware, you cannot be a recipient of Federal Funds while willfully violating Federal Rights.

Terminating an employee on the basis of owning a lawful firearm or appearing on a video unarmed while putting his pregnant wife into their car to safely escape being assaulted, as a part of an anti-white hate crime in progress, is in violation of the terms on which you receive funding. Eric Wuestenberg has a 2nd amendment right regardless of your personal disdain for constitutionally guaranteed rights. Constitutionally guaranteed rights are not valid terms for termination.

America has seen that Eric's pregnant wife was assaulted by an aggressive group of agitators and that Eric did absolutely nothing wrong in defusing the situation.

Americans understand that many are abusing government funding to exacerbate racial discrimination against whites in violation of racial discrimination laws. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000e) prohibits employers from discriminating against applicants and employees on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, and national origin. This appears to be a motivation in this matter.

We understand that many recipients of federal funding are recently abusing government funding towards goals of insurrection utilizing racial tensions as a part of Marxist insurrection methodologies. The Communist Control Act (68 Stat. 775, 50 U.S.C. 841-844) defines evidence to be considered by a jury in determining participation in the activities, planning, actions, objectives, or purposes of such organizations.

I am gravely concerned regarding these apparent flagrant violations of Federal Rights and protections by your office and require detailed explanation from your office.

Americans are growing extremely concerned about the apparent conspiracy to deprive them of their rights and liberties.

Contact the Board of the Overseers - the prosecuter is abusing her power for a political useful case, inform he prosecuter too.

Michigan stand your ground law requires proportionate force. Drawing a weapon after being threatened with battery, and having your vehicle beaten on while they prevent you from leaving is proportionate force.

I also found out something called "brandishing a lethal weapon" is illegal in most states. I guess you aren't supposed to show your gun, unless you plan to shoot it. However in this case, the pregnant woman was being "held" by her attackers, who stepped behind her auto banged on their car (getting violent) and would not let them leave the parking lot. This could be false imprisonment. We've all seen blacks attack vehicles, and drag the parties out and beat them to death recently, so this was a threatening situation. Anyway, just showing her gun, got the black maniac away from her vehicle so she could drive peacefully away.

I hope some attorney steps forward to help this couple. They are only in prison because they are white. If the couple was black, nothing would have happened. They will also need a GoFundMe Account set up for them to help cover legal fees.

This is the case in my state too. There is no incremental use of a firearm. It must be instantly used or not at all. Yes it sucks
