#Flynn Case Is Still NOT Over. Technically the case is STILL not over.** Sullivan Ordered a STAY from his bench and July 16 still remains on the Calendar. As we have seen in the past, plenty of room for legal fuckery or outright insanity. Just sayin. The appeals court actually thought that Sullivan would go and act rationally in respect to their rulings. They should not have been so naive as to what this trial is and is all about (pure political in motivation) - it was plenty obvious to any moderately intelligent observer that Sullivan is biased (politically) in the extreme per his handling of the case. The appeals court should have just ended it all right then and there instead of leaving avenues for Sullivan to continue to exploit (to unnecessarily delay if nothing else). So what if Sullivan would have been put in extreme embarrassment by heavy handed rulings and explicit orders from the higher court? Now Sullivan will go and make a mockery of the appeals court justices by continuing to find ways to fuck with Flynn and keep dragging this out. They [Sullivan and his Amicus brief cohort] started making inquiries for clarifications on the rulings so they could immediately identify loopholes to exploit to exactly this end. And the appeals court justices should have reflected upon what has been done to Flynn in view of all the exculpatory evidence that has been brought to light and presented, exonerating Flynn. Flynn deserved to have this nightmare that has been perpetrated against him just ended once and for all - and yet they didn't do that. They instead keep indulging the most corrupt justices (they indulged Sullivan because they didn't explicitly rebuke him for his handling of the case). Sullivan was ordered to shut down the Flynn case. The DC appeals court has upheld the Justice Department's request. The Judicial (Sullivan) cannot defy the upper court or lawfully pursue prosecution against anyone if the Justice Department has dropped all charges. The only thing he can do to postpone the inevitable is to have an "En Banc" review with the other Federal Justices in his District, which will still end with NO force or effect, but I don't think it will go that far. The wheels of justice turn agonizingly slow.** #Two things: 1.) The case cannot be appealed. Only a prosecuting or defense attorney can request an appeal, not a judge. 2.) The judge can request an en banc ruling - meaning more appeals judges can be brought to rule on it. However, this has to be granted by the appeals court and that, is the rarest thing approved in the US Judicial System. Meaning, at best, he might be able to delay this a week.
