Trump Signs Executive Order on Social Media!
Q says "Jack" of Twitter was warned this would happen.
Flanked by Attorney General Bill Barr, President Trump signed an executive order in the Oval Office on Thursday that calls for new regulations under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996 (CDA) to remove statutory liability protections and cut federal funding for tech companies that engage in censorship and political conduct.....
...."My executive order calls for new regulations under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act to make it so that social media companies that engage in censoring any political conduct will not be able to keep their liability shield," the president said.....
....He added: "My executive order further instructs the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to prohibit social media companies from engaging in any deceptive acts or practices affecting commerce. This commerce resides in Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act. ... Additionally, I'm directing the attorney general to work cooperatively with the states ... to enforce their own laws against such deceptive business practices. The states have broad and powerful authority to regulate in this arena."....
...."The choices that Twitter makes when it chooses to suppress, edit, blacklist, shadowban are editorial decisions, pure and simple," Trump said. "In those moments Twitter ceases to be a neutral public platform and they become an editor with a viewpoint."
Fox News has not yet obtained a copy of the executive order, but the White House said it would make it available soon.....
....Also at the signing ceremony, Trump openly said he would "shut down" Twitter if he could legally. He also called out Facebook's new oversight "tribunal" for hiring Pamela Karlan, the anti-Trump professor who testified at his impeachment hearing.
"Finally, I'm directing my administration to develop policies and procedures to ensure taxpayer dollars are not going to any social media company that suppresses free speech," Trump said. They're rich enough."
The president had teased the executive order Thursday morning, saying: “This will be a Big Day for Social Media and FAIRNESS!”
Meanwhile, Republicans were waging a broad, all-out war against what they perceive as pervasive Silicon Valley bias. Several Republican lawmakers suggested on Thursday they will soon take action against Reddit, saying the influential Internet message board systematically singled out, censored, and destroyed a once-popular pro-Trump "subreddit," or subforum, known as "r/The_Donald."

Add California, Oregon, Washington, and all the rest of the blue states, nursing homes. This was PREMEDITATED MURDER!!!

I pleaded with him to investigate the deliberate deaths of the elderly in nursing homes, because the only ones allowed to go into a nursing home in BLUE STATES were people already infected with CV19! He did it! The very next day he sent Pence on a fact finding mission to Nursing Homes. This happened in ALL Blue states, not just NY. That young black man who beat up an elderly veteran in a nursing home last week, was in that nursing home in Blue State Michigan, ONLY because he had CV19.
You see you can ONLY visit nursing homes IF you are infected with CV19 in Blue States. No CV19? No entrance allowed into nursing homes filled with elderly!
And worse, these elderly frail people, all with "existing conditions", were ALL required to take the annual flu shot! It is well known that people who took the Flu Vaccine last fall, as all nursing home patients are required to do, that those people were more likely to get sick, and not only that, they were more likely to become extremely ill and die. Add it up, and putting CV19 patients into nursing homes is a death sentence for all the elderly in nursing homes, and Blue State governors are STILL Doing it!
MOST of the People who DIED from CV19 were the Elderly FROM NURSING HOMES!
Also recall the strange situation with the first CV19 case in the USA, a Chinese Man flew to Seattle from Wuhan, China in January. The next thing you know there are 80 people dying of CV19 in a NURSING HOME! How did THAT happen? The elderly in nursing homes don't fly anywhere! It was Deliberate! Nursing homes have been deliberately TARGETED to bump off our most vulnerable Americans (who mostly vote GOP), in order to GET the death numbers up in order to SCARE people into staying home and destroying our economy and small businesses. HOSPITALS HAVE BEEN EMPTY AND LAYING OF DOCTORS AND NURSES BECAUSE OF NO BUSINESS, and Hospitals about to go bankrupt now! There was NEVER any reason to put CV19 patients into Nursing Homes with the Elderly!
I asked Trump to do a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION into this, and it looks like he is having it done!
