My comment: unfortunately China has already announced this epidemic is "out of control". That is the exact opposite of saying "Situation Contained". An "Out of Control" virus, means by definition, it is too late to stop its spread. With 5 Million residents of Wuhan who evacuated Wuhan, and a 2 week incubation period before symptoms begin to display, this thing is going to run its course. Our airport screenings for 1) who visited Wuhan, are worthless, and 2) taking everyone's temperature, is likewise worthless. These are just idle assurances from Trump and I am sure he knows this.....and just "hoping" for the best. Meanwhile, flights from infected Asian cities continue to arrive at U.S. airports hourly. Do the math.....and PRAY!

This is very telling. 10 lane roads are completely deserted at 10am in the morning. Normally they are super busy. All stores are closed, no one on the side walks, very few driving. You are fined if you drive and lose your drivers license if you drive a vehicle, so the only vehicles (one or two seen) appear to be driving workers to the Hospital to work. Other than that ZIP activity of any kind.
He goes to a grocery store with a rolling suitcase, has to use self check out, load groceries into suitcase and then walks back home. Wears double face mask, goggles and disposable gloves.
Very interesting that one grocery store is still open. Of course, one would have to wash off everything they picked up from the store, because you don't know if the store shelf stockers were contagious or not.
Anyone who thinks this is all a HOAX (as in not really happening) is crazy.
The only question for us is will Trump stop planes from Asia from landing in the USA, to stop the spread of this disease into the USA, since it has become clear that a passenger can be contagious for 14 days before displaying any symptoms. I think it would be an ounce of prevention rather than have every major city in the USA look like Wuhan looks today.
I would add, clearly this is a bioweapon, since the "contagious" incubation period is extraordinarily long (14 days) designed to ensure it can not be stopped. That was the bioweapon plan, and that is what it is doing. THIS is why the leaders of China have evacuated from Beijing to a remote island off the mainland of China. They know it can not be stopped.

One thing Jim Stone pointed out which I think is a good point, is that apparently the Chinese New Year is the biggest holiday season of the year for the Chinese, its similar to our Christmas Season. Many U.S. factories shut down for about 10 days at Christmas time, and reopen after our New Years Day. Same with China, many factories closed down for a while for this big holiday. But do they close down for months at a time??? The Chinese New Year lasts from January 25 to February 10.
I've been reading that the minimum that Wuhan would be quarantined would be 6 weeks, but most likely it would be longer. Anyway we should keep this normal Holiday closure of factories in mind as we monitor the situation.
But all the retail stores and restaurants along this busy street are obviously closed in this video. This is real.

I don't think this next one is correct, but I will post it, just to get all points of view. Author thinks China deliberately let lose this Bioweapon on Wuhan because Wuhan had terrible air pollution, which was causing illnesses and deaths. So this virus will be used to cover up the air pollution problem in Wuhan. See what I mean? I don't think this holds water.
Personally, I think: FACT: Wuhan is also the Ft Dietrick of China, with a BioWeapons Lab where one of their bioweapons accidentally got loose. Since this bioweapon had such a long contagious stage before symptoms displayed (14 days), it was 2 weeks before the Lab realized they had "a problem". By the time they realized they had a problem, the bioweapon was off doing what it was designed to do, spreading everywhere as fast as possible with an 85% infection rate of those exposed, and a 15% death rate, even with hospitalization. So they had no choice but to just lock down Wuhan, until there aren't any more infected people. In other words, everyone either survives this disease and has antibodies or dies from it.
Since the hospitals are overflowing and out of medical supplies, and even doctors and nurses say there is no point in coming to a hospital, because they have no room, and even when a bed opens up, they have no medical supplies, that most people are going to end up being sick at home and either survive or die at home.
Thus, China will never have accurate numbers regarding who is sick, who is not sick, much less the number of dead for a very, very long time, too long for us to depend upon any "numbers" coming out of Wuhan, which is a disaster area.
