It is against the law to enter the US by sneaking across the border. Why are we letting these people continue to do it? Are these the best and brightest people to help MAGA?
If you wanted to enter a foreign country, you'd have to have a passport (or US driver's license for reciprocity to enter CA and some EU countries).
If you wanted to work abroad, you would have to have had an interview and then be sent a letter of employment, with all financial terms spelled out, free accommodation (or money to cover a certain class of housing), yearly air tickets for you/ your family, and usually free health care (depending on the country), and other perks.
Note, though, that If you live abroad, you would still file and pay US taxes.
THIS IS FOR EDUCATED WORKERS. Uneducated workers also have to have papers to enter and stay in the country.
What do most of these countries do when they find illegals there? They jail them, rough them up, and then take them to the border to leave.

The Hart-Celler Act of 1965, signed in by LBJ, is based on uniting immigrant families and attracting skilled labor.
Before that time, mainly Europeans were brought in. This country was settled by Europeans who share many common values, AND they assimilate. Parents highly stress their children to learn and use the English language.
Today, this isn't the case. For example, people sneak in illegally, stay, and collect freebies off of USC taxpayers. Many of these illegals are also sheltered in Sanctuary cities, so there is much less assimilation to living here. (TV stations also broadcast in languages other than English to 'accommodate' people who don't want to assimilate. Crime and death rates against USCs have soared because of all of these problems.
Finally, not all USCs have jobs, many of which are taken by non-USCs and illegals. Until every USC who needs one has a job, immigration needs to be curbed.
