We now have an official government document, on the basis of a 2 year investigation, showing that Russia, Russia, Russia was a HOAX
But you knew that already? Sorry your opinion doesn't hold weight in a court of law
There must be proper predication
Now that we know the entire investigation was flawed from the start, the REAL shit-show can now begin
If POTUS just arrested everyone from the start, they would all get off based merely on the perception of bias
However, POTUS understands how the process works
He is making it look boring and impassionate because he has to in order to succeed in the long run

You could take this even a step further to include why there weren't any criminal referrals made. Knowing the media would look only at the summary and the conclusions for referrals before deciding that this was harmful to Trump.
When the next reports (or arrests) begin, they will be using that IG report that the media is now validating for our liberal friends as a basis. They will be too far in to pull back and start claiming the opposite, it will also neuter any talk of political motivation.
