The Surprising Points of this film (ALL of them!): 1. Unbelievably, this vid was created by the MSM- WaPo journalist - Chris Whitlock, who made no excuses for this war. He crucified the SIG on film. Watch Whitlock do this! 2. The entire vid is a summary of this Afghan war mess; there are no ‘dead’ parts on this vid that have no importance as to why this Afghan War - was and still is - a disaster. Look at the Mike Flynn segment to hear what he says about it. 3. ALL of the mil. ‘heads’ have privately said how poorly this war had been thought out and executed. 4. No one knew why we were fighting in Afghanistan, who the enemy was, what the strategy would be to fight the war, and, more importantly, what the strategy would be to win this war! 5. This war has spanned the administrations of the last 3 presidents, so it encompasses both major parties. Why has the public (BOTH parties) not banded together to demand getting out of this costly (men killed and money spent) endeavor? 6. I watched this film 2X, it was so interesting! My question: If we are mired in country, just like Russia was for years, and both countries couldn’t win this war, who won by creating this war? Who benefitted? Follow the money. Every USC should see this, be concerned, and write to their Congress person to voice that they want this war stopped immediately.
