I have condensed some parts of this for easier reading, so my numbering system is different from PM’s.

“Project Looking Glass” is a US secret gov’t program that was created in the 70s, which looks back in time in order to look into the future. This program accesses other dimensions and galaxies (i.e. is a stargate, allowing the viewing of possible future events through a device. Access the link from PM’s unfurl.)
This device uses 6 electromagnetic fields, with a rotating cylinder injected with argon. Note that the device can be rotated 90 degrees from its axis. (See the graphic @2:20.)
Scientists use this device to warp the local space-time fabric – forward and backward – by large or short distances from present time. How can “Project Looking Glass” be used? Images, when properly tuned, show probable events, similar to a hologram, and these are recorded with hi-res A-V devices. If multiple futures are brought up, software programs can combine them to show different possibilities.

This is a vid about Paul Pelosi, Jr. and his mother, Nancy, who tells us: “The best way to predict the future is to create it yourself.” It’s possible that the elites like the Pelosis have access to “Project Looking Glass” or the Large Hadron Collider, to see possible timelines of activities for them to engage in in the future. In other words, certain elites will know the probability in a society for future events, determined by a society’s collective choices. But many are caught up in scams to rip off taxpayers.
How does this happen? The elites (who use Pols, Hollywood, the church, and the MSM) can manipulate the emotions of the people, to create the choices that the elite want a population to exhibit. This means that the elite then gain CONTROL over the population. Wars are started using this control.
