With the laughable congressional impeachment proceedings yesterday it is quite evident that they cannot afford for the impeachment to go to the senate.

In the senate Schiff and his flunky's have no control over the proceedings and the Senate can demand that Groping Joe, his son and the bogus leaker/whistleblower testify under oath.

Shifty and his flunky's also knows that they don't know what documented facts the Republicans have in their arsenal, so that would force them to tell the truth to keep from being indicted for lying while under oath.

I think there will be a senate trial. These people are stupid. They should never have allowed it to get even this far. From what I can see this whole thing is a lose-lose for them.

How do you introduce evidence into an investigation (legally)?

With a Senate trial evidence is introduced. Why would we interfere with an enemy that is setting up a massive opportunity to introduce evidence?

I think you are right. I also think in the senate it will go on for months and the damage to the dems will be so severe the 2020 election will be postponed as there will be nothing left of the dems. Let them testify to their crimes and arrest them as they leave the building.

I have said this the whole time. Q team knew this was the goal. They are planning on it going to Senate. That's why its ok to have shifty do his Stalin thing in the house. It don't matter. The tables turn in the Senate.

And this is probably the main reason they let the D's steal the 2018 elections. It was a trap to get them to impeach.

So apparently, if there is a trial in the Senate that means none of the Senators running for Pres (Warren, Booker, Harris) can either leave to campaign or discuss impeachment. The Bidens will have to testify, the entire sham will be exposed and the Senate can make criminal referrals to the DOJ for matters that they uncover. Most have known since early days that they would attempt to impeach--its been on the top of their list since the beginning. Everyone is prepared on the Patriots side. I don't worry about it too much. I just get really angry at the stupidity of anyone who supports this sham show trial.

Even Q knew it 2 years ago as the post on Oct 31, 2017 says POTUS is safe from impeachment. That's post #16, I think.

Can't yet tell for sure if The Plan includes impeachment trial in the Senate. Offhand, I would not expect the House to desire this to occur, as it would indeed expose far more corruption. I'm currently betting it gets killed in the House (Pelosi) once more info drops and they look silly as they are. So, then, how does evidence get on the record??? It almost has to go to Senate trial to get that stuff. May be another way, like independent investigation and/or filing something new. FISA drop might do it.****

I think you're right. One more day of cratering and Pelosi will pull the plug. The 2020 Dem candidates that are in the Senate (Booker, Sanders, Warren, Klobachar...there may be more but I'm just not that interested) are probably squealing like stuck pigs about having to leave the campaign trail for a trial with a predisposed outcome. I imagine that they are hammering Schumer, who is pleading with Pelosi to make it all go away.

As I understand it, they would have to be off the campaign for however long the Senate works on it. That could be right up to November next, but probably not quite that long. MUCH more will happen as things are dropped before then. Trouble in DC. I'm not sure it will even come to a vote in the House, Pelosi could just shut it down, I think.
