The GOP Governor count was abnormally low because GOP Absentee Ballots were just shredded. That's what they do if there isn't enough time to create phony ballots, or not enough dead people still on the voting registers. This is what happens when you clean up the voting registers, and remove dead people and people who have moved away. The Demoncraps have to resort to just shredding GOP absentee ballots.
