In making this video I've attempted, but not succeeded, in approaching the subject chronologically. It quickly became apparent that I had to play fast and loose with that idea on occasion to make any kind of narrative sense. And it is far from exhaustive in terms of who gets a namecheck. I've had to be selective in order to get the broad range and evolution of these publications into some sort of perspective, so if I've missed out your personal favourite please cut me some slack.
