I lived in Colorado 25 years. I've never seen that.

It was the building built at the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago. Every state and territory had one. There was a big fire of mysterious origin that destroyed a shitload of buildings after the fair was over, not sure if this was one of them, or if they just demolished it anyways, but it was gone as of 1894 when this pamphlet was printed.
