Pretty good sized journal lathe. Looks to be ~ 3 ft indexed faceplates on it. I think the dual tool rest setup is meant one for each throw of a two throw crankshaft, although you could only do one at a time. I've done some off center work on lathes and it's always a bit intimidating. A half ton 3 ft stroke dual throw steam engine crankshaft doing crazy off center orbits in front you while you feed in the tool to get one of the journals on a raw casting would take balls of iron.
