I have done and seen pretty similar to this a few times, but never with the crazy intricate profiles for the crown moulding they are showing. Simple large ogees and copes, etc, that sort of thing. And using modern fiber reinforced stucco for the basecoat.

I own a home built around 1915. New homes can't come close to its construction. It would take millions to reproduce.
