That would be cool. I’m surprised no one is doing something like that. I’ve always thought there could be something similar for housing to a storage unit setup. At least ultra cheap rent for college kids, etc.

Still kicking ideas around. Lots are small, and because of septic requirements it's a lot easier to use two per building. Keeping all lots individual is barely possible though, but the septic size would probably limit to one bedroom or equivalent if you are talking shop space with plumbing. Could work if I did a garage/shop under with live over type of arrangement. Whatever happens it will involve going up at least one floor. Might be duplexes with large high ceiling shop space and then stacked two story office / living space. Open as office- bathroom, laundry downstairs- and then a pretty good sized studio setup upstairs.
