Homes like this need to make a comeback. Way more character that the copy and paste BS they do today. Hard to read on phone but I wonder what building one coster then

Seems like that is roughly what a laborer made a year back then. 500-750 and they didn’t get raped by taxes. Now a house is probably several times what most make a year.

I have some property that I am actually considering putting "tiny houses" on. Kind of leaning towards doing something more along the lines of industrial/mining/railroad look though, because it is zoned light commercial, so a live/work setup should work out well.
