Why didn't frog legs catch on? Taste like chicken I hear. Hypnotoad?

Can you get to popular mechanix archive (old issues) ONLINE? Popular Science USED to have a free one.

Quite a few of the old classic ones before it became whatever the fuck it is today. They have improved the search on Archive. Lot of filter options.

And: Frog legs can be quite tasty. I have had them at restaurants and out camping as a kid. The frogs we could get were mostly pretty skinny leopard frogs. You snap them off at the waist and do both legs.

Thanks! That site is similar to the one I found years ago (then lost between computer purchases (after failure)).

NEVER seen them at a restaurant.

Frog Legs is a Southern thing mostly, although that isn't where I grew up or the area I first had them at a restaurant. I had some in Houston that were phenomenal.
