Also, that report would be MUCH louder at that range, not excluding everything else said before. Including more obvious movement and even possible burns showing up right after. Demo ranch did a whole thing about a rare "glove gun" and even that was loud as all hell, spit fire and even burned/broke the glove over time to the point they had to re-mount it (poorly) on a new glove. I don't buy this.
