A lot of people were saying its clearly AI generated and many others pointed out there is some fuckery with how Amazon "publishes" things so you can make it publish something "in the past". I have yet to spend effort to verify or attempt it but with how shitty their pajeet powered shit-site is I would not be shocked.

Exactly. The publication date is not the date the Amazon product was posted. It’s a detail of the item that you can fill in with whatever you want. The book itself looks like the typical AI slop that is plaguing Amazon. Pajeets and other scammers make these.
