It's also somewhat possible, even controversial, that they landing took place on the actual moon.

What do you mean by "possible" and "controversial" in the same sentence?

The current narrative (that this footage took place on the moon) is clear because it's pervasively presented everywhere. It's interesting what people will believe without validation. If I told you that belief in nothing is the only way you'll actually see Truth, would you say I was crazy?

The concept of hypothesis testing is interesting and may even itself be bullshit. What we know through hypothesis testing is that we can outright reject the impossible, or statistically reject the unlikely. There is never a "confirm" unless it's an outright reject and only one possible alternative. Hence, if this footage is rejactable, it would only mean that this footage is unlikely to be real. It doesn't mean anything else for certain because there are too many alternatives.

To understand what is real, we must look to reject what we can exhaustively. This is the forever trap of confirmation as truth lies in a perpetual exhaustive investigation to fight the Gell-Mann amnesia that our brain chemicals seem to need. It seems confirmation bias is an addiction.
