Did you ever use it? Logic Programming looks pretty awesome. I'm thinking there should use cases where Prolog (or similar) should beat out any other language. Maybe such use cases are rare. Sometimes things are forgotten because they suck, but sometimes because they are just not mainstream or are unfamiliar (such as with functional programming languages).
