I don't have a Windows installation to test this, but it looks like a good starter kit to build from. Even better if you have a little experience with Common Lisp. SBCL's bundled repl is barebones, so you'll definitely want something better. Ideally one would use Emacs, but there are alternative repls installable via Quicklisp.
