There are so many reasons why this will never work.

A million settings you have to go through, configure and understand in many cases to get what you want before writing a single line.

People who ask for "programs" are retards, they can't even articulate what they want. Most people who code are also unqualified since they got their jobs by answering "interview questions" that they memorized.

It's not "a program", it's a very specific thing that needs to live in a specific environment. For example, a web application or code to extend a SharePoint site or a desktop application.

No one writes anything in "C++, Fortran or Assembly". OK, someone does somewhere but I've never seen it.

They are nowhere NEAR this. Maybe in 100 years and it will suck.
