They don't do details. They don't do long-term strategies. They don't do leadership. They have some weak capacity for tactical thinking.

I have worked with so many that are unable to do a job unless it is bullet point step by step that they are useless. Even then, they tend to skip steps randomly and for no reason at all.
It is so frustrating I think I might start recording conversations/video...
