So a gun supporting governor and state congress could pass a law that protects gun shop owners and private sale citizens who mail firearms to people in cities that ban guns? Is this what I'm getting from this new (((law)))?

“Radical politicians continue their all out assault on women’s health care with dangerous and deadly consequences,” Newsom said in a press release after signing the bill into law. “The right to an abortion is enshrined in California’s constitution. We will continue to protect women and health care workers who are seeking and providing basic care.”

Hmm, radical politicians continue their all out assault on the 2A with dangerous and deadly consequences. The right to bear arms is in the US Constitution, but (((newsome))) doesn't seem to want to abide by the Law of the Land and will continue his jew masters' work to destroy thie great White nation.

It's hard to find any politician who doesn't serve israel.

Indeed there is No law anywhere that 'protects' the right to abortion (murder) in the Bill of Rights and there is a very Clear law that protects the Right to firearms. My question is, why is this outright communism not sent directly to the US. SCOTUS as soon as this Criminal Says it?

Such a thing is wildly illegal and violates the constitution.

Additionally you simply solve this problem by arresting every CA driver you encounter. If CA doesn't recognize established law you don't need to recognize their driving privilege.

Alternately gun stores should start shipping high cap mags to CA.

As much as I hate the commerce clause, this is precisely why it was included. Mailing pills across state lines becomes interstate commerce and it outside the states' jurisdictions, reserved for federal gov't.

Interstate drug traffic

like it would even be enforceable. other states could just get arrest warrants for the (((doctors))) based on them being pill mills. you might not be able to do anything to them in CA but as soon as they step foot into a state that has a warrant out for them, it's jail time.
